I was a standard child of Western civilization of the 20th century. As everybody else, I was proud and intoxicated with the prowess of technology of the West. I believed that technology would solve all problems. Then I sobered up watching the hippie revolution in the States. The hippies emphatically declared that technology and society have failed us. At first, I didn’t think they were serious. And then I saw that they were serious and right.


I have always been a contemplative fellow who likes to explore in depth and find his own solutions. I have had a great deal of respect for my thinking mind, which “can deliver.” My beloved preoccupation has been watching the stars in isolated silent mountains. I would gaze at them and imagine that they were my stellar sisters. I would try to converse with them. I have learnt a lot from the stars.
